Interested in Clinical Licensure?

I am a board-certified supervisor in the state of Kansas, offering supervision to clinicians who are looking to grow their therapeutic skills and provide ethical, effective, and evidence-based care to their clients. I offer both individual and group supervision to help build a well-rounded support system during this challenging—but incredibly rewarding—phase of a counseling career.

My client-facing theoretical orientation is primarily rooted in person-centered care, with an integrated approach that includes techniques from CBT, ACT, and DBT. My supervision style mirrors this foundation: I take a person-centered approach with clinicians while using a solution-focused framework to ensure goals are clearly identified and consistently met.

Since beginning my work with clients in 2017, I’ve developed specialties in eating disorders, anxiety, attachment and relationship concerns, life transitions, compassion fatigue and women’s health. I have experience across a range of settings—including higher levels of care and domestic violence shelters—and have worked closely with individuals navigating OCD, grief, trauma, and depression. My work spans across many ages, from adolescence through late adulthood.

I have consistently received positive feedback from clients, personal relationships and previous careers alike on my ability to express empathy and create a safe environment to make mistakes while also empowering and holding accountable the individuals whom I work with. I strive to be a grounding presence who supports your development while encouraging you to step into your full potential.

If you are seeking a supervisor who will walk alongside you as you grow into the best version of yourself in this helping profession, I invite you to reach out through my contact page to schedule a free initial meeting to see if we’d be a good fit. I would be honored to join you on this journey!

Need help spotting an Eating Disorder?

This consultation service is designed for mental health professionals, medical providers, dietitians, and other clinicians seeking expert guidance when their clients present with disordered eating behaviors or suspected eating disorders. With almost ten years of treating eating disorders under my belt, I want to help spread the knowledge!

Throughout the consultation I will provide support in:

  • Clarifying diagnostic considerations based on clinical presentation and available assessment data

  • Determining the most appropriate level of care (outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential, or inpatient)

  • Identifying additional treatment team members needed, including therapists, dietitians, medical professionals, and psychiatrists with eating disorder expertise

  • Navigating client and family readiness for intervention and treatment planning

  • Acquiring tangible tools to utilize in session with clients

The goal of consultation is to enhance your clinical confidence and ensure early, accurate intervention through collaborative, trauma-informed, and evidence-based recommendations. My goal is for you to leave this consultation feeling equipped in providing or recommending best practices for your clients. Consultations are available virtually and can be scheduled as one-time or ongoing support. Reach out through my contact page to schedule!
